- Wheat
- Oats
- Barley
- Besan (Gram flour)
- Corn
- Jowar (Sorghum)
- Milk and dairy
- Soy
- Tomatos
- Tamarind
- Citrus fruits
- Lychee (I mean really!)
- Moong dal
- Urad dal
- Bottle gourd
- Eggplant
- Okra
- Peanuts
- Caschews
- Chicken
And counting! The recipes on this blog avoid all these ingredients.

Glad she could eat egg. Most children are allergic to egg also.

Are you serious? Is she allergic to ‘all’ of the above? I cannot imagine how hard it must be for you to prepare a well balanced meal for her.

Tell me about it! It is not at all easy to be an allergy mom! I am getting used to it. I am hoping that she will out grow them as she grows up.
